Apple Cider Vinegar-Live Longer Healthier And Stronger Lives
Years ago, I was introduced to Apple Cider Vinegar through an article I was reading in some health journal at the time. As I read about the great health benefits, I thought to myself that this could be a great source of a lot of good vitamins and minerals.
So, I set out on my quest to learn more about this amazing product that has been around for thousands of years, as far back as 3000 B.C. in recorded history. The distilling process is done by heating it till it turns to steam, thus destroying all the powerful enzymes and minerals that our bodies so desperately need. Stay away from all the dead vinegars!
