3 Tips to Live Happily Ever After (and Fall In Love With Yourself too!)
Relationships can be so frustrating and heartbreaking can’t they? Growing up as girls we watch TV shows and Movies that show us happy ever after is possible. Look at Cinderella and Snow White, look at movies like Pretty Woman and Footloose, Grease and all those classics! But as we start dating and looking at the relationships of those around us, we start to believe that all of that is impossible. But is it really? Is there any hope for happily ever after?
Yes there is! Here are 3 tips on how to make it happen.

Treat your man like a man! Men need to feel like they’re successful. It goes back to our primitive biology, men are hunters, if they bring home the “bacon” then they’re successful and they get the woman and their genes passed on. Simple. And it’s still like that today. If you don’t appreciate the “bacon” your man brings home, then he feels like a failure and he shuts down his heart from you. Even if your husband (or boyfriend) doesn’t make a lot of money, thank him for taking you to dinner. Thank him for cleaning or washing the car. Every little thing he does, thank him. Trust me, it’ll work out well.

STOP COMPLAINING! Seriously! Learn the art of Feminine Grace. Being feminine in the correct ways brings out the manliness in your man. And lets face it, that’s why the fairy-tales are so appealing. The men are hero’s, and the women get to be beautiful, gracious and loving. It’s not about being a mouse in your relationship and your man being controlling or calling all the shots. Not at all. It’s about you being happy and in love with yourself, so you can better love your man.

Realize men are taught not to be emotional or to open up too much. The most acceptable way for men to be intimate is sex. So don’t take that lightly. I know for women we need to feel connected before we can have sex with someone, or at least before we can fully let free and enjoy making love. We must find a balance on this, if we treat our men right and respect them, they will be able to open up more emotionally. And if we realize we can’t use sex as a tool of manipulation, then he will feel more connected and respected already. Don’t just give away sex, make sure if you’re dating that you have a real future together, TALK about it before hand. If you’re married, learn to love your body and be open to trying new things in the bedroom (or better yet, OUTSIDE the bedroom!)
