The distributor cap auto parts are of maximum importance for any driver and the car. Replacing a dysfunctional distributor cap can be a nightmare for most inexperienced drivers. Don’t forget about the wires getting into the cap, as well as the coil wire. Before taking out the cap, you will need to “picture” its position, so you know how to redo the whole process backwards. Once you are done with this part, all you need now is patience. Replace the distributor cap with the new one, then perform all the previous steps, starting with the last one. Pay attention to the wires. Not connecting them correctly will never let you start the engine. Sometimes you may start it though, but it will run roughly. Distributor cap auto parts are overall easy to replace as long as you pay attention to details. Don’t give up, there is always a way to handle it.
