Fast Weight Loss Diet Solution

Lunch is one cup of cottage cheese or tuna, five saltine crackers, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or a glass of water. Dinner is 2 beef franks or hot dogs, one half cup of carrots,one banana, one cup of broccoli or cabbage, 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.
And finally 3} breakfast consists of black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water, 5 regular saltine crackers, 1 oz.(slice) cheddar cheese, and 1 apple. Lunch includes 1 hard boiled egg, 1 piece of toast, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or a glass of water. Dinner is 1 cup of tuna, one cup of carrots, one cup of cauliflower, 1 cup of melon, 1/2 cup of regular vanilla ice cream, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.
Lemons, salt and pepper, and mustard can be used as wanted. You can also make substitutions such as cottage cheese for tuna, an orange for grapefruit, and frozen yogurt for ice cream. Please remember that this fast weight loss diet is a 3 day diet, only to be eaten along with an overall healthy diet. Consider asking the local hospital for their idea of a low calorie diet.
